School Classrooms and Facilities

Nutfield is located in the auxillary building of the historic First Parish Church in East Derry. (The school has no affiliation with the Church, however.) 

Our facilities consist of:

• two spacious classrooms, each with different centers for reading, active crafts, etc.,
• separate boys and girls bathrooms,
• a commercial kitchen available for occasional cooking projects, and
• use of an auditorium for gym, music, and school-wide events. 

Our playground is specially designed for children ages 3 to 8. It is equipped wtih state-of-the-art play structures from Playworld Systems, designed for safe, creative physical fun.The playground surface is state-approved Kid Cushion bark mulch.
